The Artist's Story... John's love of art was evident early in life and he received his first art scholarship in 3rd grade with the Art Center in Des Moines, Iowa, where he continued to spend his summers through high school. He attended Des Moines Technical High School where he majored in commercial art. John's drawings have been used to illustrate a number of teaching materials and screen print designs. His fine art has been displayed at the Iowa State Fair and he has participated in numerous Art fairs. John presently works out of his studio in Oskaloosa, Iowa.
